How long have you been in business?
The facility was built in 2007 however, I have owned it since 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
Self Storage units.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a locally owned and operated self storage facility not a large corporation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One and no, I don't.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Conveniently located off of Route 10. 95 to Exit 16 (RI-10). Right onto Elmwood Avenue, Left onto Roger Williams Avenue. Right onto Narragansett Avenue. We are located one half mile down on the right.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Cranston & Providence mainly.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I have a Property Manager with 15 years of experience managing the operation. Her name is Donna L. Marold.
What are your hours of operation?
Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they chose our business because we are a small neighborhood business.
